Meat as prefer (Chicken, Pork, Meat, Seafoods) Vegetables as prefer
(Pea eggplant,Thai green white eggplant) or local vegetables as aubergine, Broccoli and Carrot

1.Green Curry Sauce 200g
2. Noodles 100g 3. Dried sweet basil 5g

1. Soak dried sweet basil leaves in water.

2. Boil noodle for 3-5 minutes in boiling water then put in cold water. Then drain and set aside.

3. Place a pot on a medium heat, add green curry sauce.

4. Add 200g of prefer meat until cook.

5. Add prefer vegetable.

6.Turn off the heat and topping with sweet basil and goat pepper when serves with rice vermicelli noodles.
